Peperoni sott'Olio

Here it's the Peperoni sott'olio recipe: Peperoni is how we call sweet peppers in Italy (it's not the name Americans use for the sausage used on pizza) Ingredients: 3 Red Sweet Peppers ( it will look beautiful if you choose different colors of peppers) 1/2 cup A&A Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp A&A Italian Seasoning Blend 1/4 tsp sea salt Instructions: 1.Place the peppers (already washed) on a baking sheet. 2. Broil, turning then occasionally, until blackened. 3.Let them to cool for about 10 minutes, or until you can handle them.
4. Peel the skin from the roasted peppers & remove all the seeds.
  5. Cut roasted peppers into long strips and place them in a bowl.
  6. Pour the A&A infused oil, the A&A seasoning, and salt.
7.Mix them all together.
