Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup softened butter (with salt)
- 1 Tbsp of any A&A Seasoning Blend.
1. Beat together the butter in a bowl with the A&A Seasoning Blend of your preference.
2. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface.
3. Place the butter mixture and shape it into a log about one inch in diameter.
4. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to compress the butter.
5. Refrigerate.

Here are some few tips that I would like to share with you today, especially with many of you that had asked me for, on how to use A&A Italian Seasoning Blends, hoping that you will enjoy them as much as I do!
- Mix with a little of sour cream or A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a perfect baked potato topping.
- Sprinkle in your pasta sauce for a more intense flavor.
- Add a bit to your eggs for an Italian inspired omelet/scramble eggs.
- Combine with softened butter to create an Italian herb butter.
- Add it to ground meat for tasty Italian meatballs.
- Blend it with A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make a great bread dipping to your friends.
- Add to breadcrumbs and twist regular breadcrumbs to Italian ones!
- Drizzle over soups and stocks to enhance their flavors.

Risotto is a wonderful meal that sometimes takes some patience and time, but believe me... it's worth it!
When cooking risotto, always:
- Use Arborio rice, because it's more absorbent than other rice varieties.
- Cook risotto in a heavy-bottomed uncovered pot and stir constantly!
Ingredients:
In a medium saucepan pour the tomato sauce and the water and heat at a low-medium heat.
In another heavy medium saucepan, add 1 Tbsp. A&A Garlic Infused Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. A&A Italian Seasoning Salt.

Remember that in Italy we cook with the season, so what it's available at that time ( harvest) it's what we use in our kitchen, always using the freshest ingredients to obtain their best flavor and texture. Today, I'm giving you a few tips on how to use the A&A Seasoning Salts & Blends.
The uses for these seasonings are, as infinitive as the ingredients you can use in your kitchen.
For Meats, Chicken, Fish: Rub the seasoning into your meat, poultry or fish 1 to 2 hour before grilling or cooking it.
For Vegetables: Rub the seasoning over your vegetables before or after grilling or stir-frying.
For Pasta: Drizzle 1 tbsp of your favorite A&A Seasoning and 1 tbsp of Olive Oil over your pasta dish and blend well.

This weekend we went to eat at my brother's house, who is grill guru and my sister in law, an amazing cooker; She marinated the chicken with 1 tbsp. of A&A Italian Seasoning Salt , and 1 tbsp. of A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil however, if you do not have the seasoning salt, you can replace it with your A&A Italian Dipping Oil, which contains Italian herbs.
All you need is a grill, some chicken breasts and of course, A&A Alta Cucina Italia products. To accompany the grilled chicken she made a spectacular mixed salad drizzled with A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil and A&A Crema Balsamica.

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup A&A Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup frying oil
1. In a bowl beat the egg.
2. Add salt & pepper and incorporate well.
3. In a separate dish place the A&A Italian Breadcrumbs.
4. Drench chicken in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Coat well the chicken breast.
5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
6. Add chicken when oil is hot and cook on both sides until well cooked and golden.
Recipe Variation: You can sprinkle with your Italian breadcrumbs some grated parmesan cheese or goat cheese.
This recipe also makes a simple but delicious panini, especially with the addition of lettuce, tomatoes, some mayonnaise, like the wonderful Panini Prestigiacomo that the Spatenhaus Resto Birreria Pizzeria makes with their wonderful homemade pizza dough bread cooked in the forno al legno (wood oven).
It's so easy to enjoy wonderful Italian dishes at home with A&A seasoning products.

In Italy, we use this sauce as a base for most of our dishes, like our world famous pizza sauce, pasta sauces, lasagna, cannelloni, risotto di pomodoro, parmigiana di melenzane, and so on..
Ingredients: (per 2)
VARIATIONS: You can add s many ingredients as you can imagine to this sauce to give it your own new twist. Try sautéed mushrooms, Italian sausage, tuna, diced green peppers, diced eggplants or for a richer taste add 1/4 cup of red wine.

1.Place the peppers (already washed) on a baking sheet.
2. Broil, turning then occasionally, until blackened.
3. Let them to cool for about 10 minutes so it's not too hot to touch.
4. Peel the skin from the roasted peppers & remove all the seeds.
5. Cut roasted peppers into long strips and place them in a bowl.
6. Pour the A&A infused oil, the A&A seasoning, and salt.
7. Mix them all together.
