I received a broken item:
If a product arrived broken, is important that you take pictures of the packaging and broken product(s) so a claim can be filled and started on your behalf. We will be happy to resend you the broken product(s), if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a short description of how the products arrived and the following pictures attached: 2 of the damaged box (one from top and another from the side damaged), a picture of the opened box showing the packaging and one of each damaged item.
USPS requires a proof of damage, and asks that you keep the original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is settled, in case they need you to take them to your nearest Post Office for inspection.
