Shipping Policy
How long will take to ship my order?
We ship orders within five business days from purchase, unless it’s a custom or a large order. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped with the tracking information.
What carrier do you ship with?
We ship via USPS or UPS.I need a rush order; what should I do?
If you need a rush or a customized order, please contact us at info@altacucinaitalia.com so we can discuss fair additional fees for the special order and possible shipping date.
Return / Refund Policy
My package is lost or have been stolen:
Once the carrier indicates that an order has been delivered to their destination, we won't be responsible for any lost or stolen package.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong locations.
I received a broken item:
If a product arrived broken, is important that you take pictures of the packaging and broken product(s) so a claim can be filled and started on your behalf. We will be happy to resend you the broken product(s), if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, at info@altacucinaitalia.com, with a short description of how the products arrived and the following pictures attached: 2 of the damaged box (one from top and another from the side damaged), a picture of the opened box showing the packaging and one of each damaged item.
USPS requires a proof of damage, and asks that you keep the original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is settled, in case they need you to take them to your nearest Post Office for inspection.
