Shipping PolicyOrder Processing Time
Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped with the tracking information.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number, once your order has shipped.
I need a rush order; what should I do?

Customs, Duties, Taxes & International Shipping:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Return / Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to food item's safety protocols, we cannot accept returns and all our sales are final; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with them, please let us know in order to work with you a solution. We will work hard for your complete satisfaction.
My package is lost or have been stolen:
Once the carrier indicates that an order has been delivered to their destination, we won't be responsible for any lost or stolen package.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong locations. In case the package is returned back to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
I received a broken item:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
