Herb Butter Recipe

Last Thursday, I had some butter left over on my kitchen counter and decided to make some herb butter. It preserves great refrigerated and it's so useful to jazz up my last minute meals, but my favorite part is that it's so EASY to make!! It's perfect to enhance the flavors of your grilled fish or meat or pasta dishes and it's also wonderful to use as a spread for your paninis, crostini or toast.


1. Beat together the butter in a bowl with the A&A Seasoning Blend of your preference.

2. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface.

3. Place the butter mixture and shape it into a log about one inch in diameter.

4. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to compress the butter.

5. Refrigerate.
