Wonderful

Used to search the weekend farmers markets for this balsamic vinegar. It makes everything better. The lemon olive oil is great too. You won’t be disappointed. Now you can get it in line. Hooray!!!

Just WOW

Another great balsamic! I thought blueberry was my favorite although I love the cremes, too. Oh who am I kidding, I love them all. This apple is superb. Not too appley but enough of a flavor to give it a small bite. Love these products, and for those watching their salt intake, no worries--there's NO SALT!

OMG SO DELICIOUS

I found some of this vinegar searching through a friend's cabinet--I always make my own salad dressing. It had obviously been there awhile...but wow! it was the best dressing I ever made! I just added EVOO...fresh garlic, basil, salt pepper...it is a bit sweet but now that I found Alta cucina I bought some and use it with a little regular aged balsamic--the touch of sweetness makes it, without adding sugar! Just BUY IT, you wont regret it-- making my second order of 3 (first of 2 bottles--I gave one to a gourmet NYC chef!)
