How A&A Club Box works

A&A Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Club Box

 

How does it work?

Choose one of our three club options:

  •  OLIO & ACETO: 3 assorted bottles: 2 Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Infused and/or Dipping) bottles & 1 Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.

  • OLIO: 3 assorted bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Infused and/or Dipping)

  • ACETO:3 assorted bottles of Balsamic Vinegar (1 seasonal flavor).

It's a great way to try new flavors and/or the ones you already love from A&A (*)
 
(*)If you'd like to have your favorite flavor/s included in your subscription, you can choose from 1 to 2 flavors of your choice. Please make sure to inform your preferences in the note box before you check out.  

Renewal & Payment

When you join as a monthly member you will be charged at the time of purchase for your first box; after that your subscription will be automatically renewed and charged on the 15th of each following month, until the membership is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

All A&A Box purchases are final and non-refundable, however you can cancel your subscription any time before the 15th of the month of your next renewal date to prevent the subscription from automatically renewing. The cancellation does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in your actual term, meaning that when you cancel your subscription you are simply stopping the automatically renewal on its next renewal date and you will still receive any boxes remaining under your actual subscription term.
 
Example:

Monthly Subscriptions: cancellations before the 15th of Month #1 will not be charged for Month #2, and you will not receive your Month #2 box. If you cancel after the 15th of Month #1, you will be charged for Month #2, and you will receive the Month #2 box, but the cancellation will be effective immediately following the Month #2 box delivery.
  

  Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Georgia to any location within the continental United State with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

When does it start?

  • We will ship your 1st gourmet oil & vinegar box at the beginning of the following month that you order. If you order your 1st box during the current month, you will get the box at the beginning of the next month.

  • Following boxes will be shipped out the first week of next month following the purchase month.

  • Once your order ships out, you will be notified by email with the tracking information.

  • Delivery may take 2-5 days depending on the final destination and should be at your door no later than the 10th of each month. Delivery may take longer during the holiday season.

 If you are a founder member, your first one will be shipped on the 1st week of September, 2019.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can only issue refunds and accept returns in the unfortunate event that your delivery arrives damaged. In the event of this occurring, please contact us at info@altacucinaitalia.com for further instructions.

When you are giving A&A Club Box as a gift, please make sure that you include the recipient’s address as the shipping address so we can ship it directly to your gift recipient, and notify us that is a gift in the note box before you check out.

We would be happy to include a complimentary gift card. Please write a short message in the notes section upon checkout and we will include it with the first shipment announcing their membership to the club, the duration of their subscription and who it was sent from.
