I bought a bottle of basil-infused and another of garlic-infused olive oil at a Christmas Bazaar, and when I ran out by May. reordered online! These two super stars just enhance the flavor in everything. I use both for stir-fry vegetables, especially fresh spinach. The garlic one is great to saute pork chops and then cook in the oven. An ordinary dish just takes on added flavor.

The Basil is one of my favorites too, and actually was who originated A&A Alta Cucina and its 1st product when we started 10 years ago :-) Next time, you should give it a try to the Lemon one, specially now in summer it gives such a refreshing citrus flavor to any dishes.
