They are so versatile, you can use them as an appetizer, as a fast lunch next to your soup or some salad, and also as a light dinner meal.
They are very easy, quick to make and delicious!
Crostini and Bruschetta are one of the most popular Italian snacks generally used as Antipasti, basically consist on slices of lightly toasted bread, with a variety of toppings, as dips, spreads or topping mixture.
What's the difference between Crostini & Bruschetta?
Crostini is a small piece of baked bread or little toasts topped with a variety of ingredients like cheese, pattes, pesto, vegetables, meat, or seafood.
Bruschetta is a larger piece of bread that is grilled or toasted and can be rubbed with garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or topped as crostini.
All you need is fresh bread as a baguette, A&A Garlic Infused Olive Oil and a few minutes to create these delectable and fun snacks!
