- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 potato, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 8 cups water
- 2 tsp sea salt
I place all ingredients in a large pot and bring it to boil a high heat. When it's boiling reduce the heat and simmer for one hour. Strain out the vegetables and your broth is ready!
